Italian Treat for Mothers Day: Mostaccioli

These little cookie puff balls are a traditional Italian cookie/dessert. They taste great are low fat and look good.

here is the link for the recipe I used. It is very easy to follow and they turn out great!

Instead of putting the chocolate glaze on top, I used some left over betty crocker cream cheese frosting (yes from a can!) They truly did turn out great. They are light yet thick and have a surprisingly good taste to them. I will defiantly be making these again!
